RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REFUNDS
Returns
If you changed your mind about your purchase, we have a 60-day return policy upon receipt of your order, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Purchased items must be in the original packaging and condition, otherwise it will be discarded and no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
- The packaging must be unused, unopened, unmarked, and not defaced in any manner.
- Shipping cost associated in the return of the product(s) will be covered by the Buyer.
- Shipping costs both ways are not refundable.
If all the requirements mentioned are met, please email us at info@leilaniwholesale.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, and your return tracking number. A tracking number is required for all returns, otherwise we can not submit the refund request.

International Shipping
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Leilani Wholesale is NOT responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. PLEASE NOTE: Order is non refundable if it is returned due to non-payment of local taxes or refused due to non-pick up for international packages.

Exchanges
We pride ourselves in supplying great quality products and our dedication to customer satisfaction. If you prefer a different color / size / item, LeilaniWholesale.com will take exchanges up to 60 days starting from the date your order was delivered. All you have to do is follow this procedure for returning and exchanging the purchased item(s):
1. Place a new order of the items you want.
2. Return the items you want to exchange for a full refund minus actual shipping of original shipment to you.
3. Include both the original and the new order number in the documentation along with your return.
Returned items for exchange must be in the original packaging and sealed condition. The Buyer will shoulder ALL the shipping costs, borth return and exchange. Shipping costs both ways are not refundable. Please send us an email at info@leilaniwholesale.com with any questions you may have.
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 24 to 48 hours. Buyers will be responsible for shipping back the items for refund. Please allow 3 to 5 business days from the shipping date for your account to be credited. The refund will be credited to the original card / bank / Paypal account you used to purchase the items.
No refunds will be issued for returned items that is opened or not in original packaging.
